About Me

Hey there! I'm Clarisse Shaina, and it seems you've stumbled upon my page!

Today we have too many social networking sites, I can't even keep track of them all. But the one thing I can't live without is blogging. I stopped for a while and even deleted my old accounts, but I just keep coming back to it. I think I may have too many interests I want to share to the world that I really need a one of these to write on.

I love writing, reading/books, cooking/baking/FOOD, photography, film, music, different kinds of art/drawing, foreign languages, world football, running, sports... And of course, one of my life's dreams is to travel the world, along with a slew of many others, like own a huge library when I build my own house. You can click on my links, or subscribe to my blog, if you want to see some of the stuff I do during my free time. The list goes on and on as you will see here on my blog. I'm not even sure how I will begin to categorize all the stuff I like to do. (And that's coming from someone who's pretty obsessed about making lists and compiling things.)

I live in Manila, and I have a love for the city where I grew up despite the bad things that have been happening. But my heart flies off to San Francisco so often because I miss that city so much! Sometimes it also travels all the way to London and Madrid. I swear one of these days I will live in all these cities.

I turned 19 on January 2010 and, if all goes well, graduating this December! That's earlier than most of my peers from college (age-wise and time-wise), with a degree in Advertising Management! I'll be having my practicum and thesis in the next few months and I'm sure it's going to be a rough ride (like most of my schooling under a trimestral system...). Then again I'm lucky to have started studying at an early age, because I have so much more I want to learn and do! My heart is in too many places and fields, sometimes it's hard. Don't you ever wish there was more than 24 hours a day, and more than 7 days a week? There never seems to be enough time to do all the things we want to do.

In any case, knowing that someone appreciates this blog makes me happy. Thank you for visiting and keep reading! :)
